Payment Timing

Consultations and coaching require payment to confirm your slot unless otherwise agreed. Courses and products require payment at checkout before access/delivery.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

Prepaid appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds for eligible cancellations are subject to any applicable bank or third-party processing fees. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, and missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.
